Now Sutter can play the angle of them going forward on Nero because the Marshal happened to end up dead.

I keep waiting for the rape kit. How can Touric's DNA not show up. Unless when she was in the tub he cleaned her out. I believe Sutter likes to suspend belief a little too much.
I wouldn't think Otto was the 3rd box because he turned on them. So not sure who the 3rd jacket was.

You have to suspend reality with this show... Not saying they won't go through and claim this, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was conveniently left out.
Kind of like suspended reality for 90% of last season in regards to the Feds working with Samcro and then having a grenade launcher shootout.

Def, but that is a little more believable being the condition he was in and the fact that only a guard and the agent were in the room.

In the grand scheme of things, this was one of the more believable episodes too. I'm just glad we're not dealing with rocket launcher fights in vacant lots anymore.

But, what I've been wondering is why does Tara want to divorce Jax? It's just a big jump from last season to now (and only 5 weeks) from being happy with him, and now she's all aloof and acting weird when he hugs her, etc.
I'm also wondering where the angle of getting Wendy to tell Gemma all of Tara's behind the scenes work will come into play. Pretty interesting plot imo.
