My choice is fumble recoveries.

So you fell on a football. An amazing individual feat.

Super Bowl rings by a QB.

So what. He had a stellar surrounding cast. Joe Flacco won one but Dan Marino didnt

"4th quarter comebacks/game winning drives"

Kick a field goal to go ahead 2 points with 14 minutes left, and noone else scores, youve got yourself a 4th Quarter comeback and a game winning drive and a nice little stat fir nbc to fluff when youre down by 6 with 2 minutes left

If I was a USC fan it would be "wins and losses"

I think most stats are unnecessary or at least overrated. I hate passing yards for a QB. You can throw a screen to a RB, have him run 80 yards for the TD, and you get 80 passing yards? The QB didn't do shite on that play. I think they should only count the yardage to where the receiver catches the pass.

It sounds like a lot of guys in this thread never played organized football.

Tackles. If a guy is racking up 20 tackles a game it's because the offense is picking on him and the defense can't get off the field.

Any stats or awards older than last season. And once you get to mid season, any stats that isn't this season.
