Who you got?
Y.A. Tittle - Was the first player in NFL History to throw 7 TD's and 0 INT's in a game as a member of the New York Football Giants in 1962. He set what was then an NFL record by throwing 36 touchdown passes. All told, Tittle threw a grand total of 86 touchdown passes from 1961-1963. Tittle was the first player in NFL history to throw 30 or more touchdown passes in consecutive seasons. In a career lasting 17 years, Tittle passed for 33,070 yards, and 242 touchdowns, and twice received the NFL Most Valuable Player Award.
Bert Jones "The Ruston Rifle" - 1976's NFL Most Valuable Player and NFL Offensive Player of the Year. He was one of only three quarterbacks to achieve a 100+ passer rating during the entire decade of the 1970's. The widely respected scout Ernie Accorsi is quoted as saying that if Bert Jones had played under different circumstances, he probably would have been the greatest player ever. On the eve of Super Bowl XLII New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, in discussing his choices for the greatest quarterbacks of all time, described Jones as the best "pure passer" he ever saw.

All of you are way off.
According to the rant, any QB who is not a starter is destined to become the best former QB of all time. If only the coaches would put them in the game.

Probably Y.A. Jones was perhaps the most gifted passer of all time, but his career was cut short by injury. Y.A. just put more skins on the wall and is in the HOF while Jones is not. As it appears that you're including what they did in their pro careers, I can't think of anyone else to consider.
