I feel bad. I don't watch GoT or play Xbox

I'm happy to report I still do neither, but still openly use my crockpot. In fact, I bought a triple crockpot for football season.

I've recently discovered ribs. Cut em into 4 rib portions, apply your favorite rub, spray the crock (or rub) lightly with oil and turn it on to low. No liquid needed...put em on a baking sheet and crisp up/apply sauce in an oven to taste.

I cook ribs like this frequently. You'll catch hell from a purist, but this is an excellent option if you don't have a grill.

Blueberry dump cake. Four ingredients, put on low for 3 hours and have ice cream ready. Very easy and gooooood!

Blueberry dump cake.

Ingredients
1 (21 ounce) cans blueberry pie filling
1 (18 1/4 ounce) packages yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Place pie filling in the slow cooker. Combine dry cake mix and
butter, sprinkle over filling. Sprinkle the walnuts on top of that. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Serve warm in bowls.
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Sounds good!

I'll second the ribs comment.
did some this week for the third time I think. Just discovered it a while back and it is a great thing to do when ribs are on sale but I am feeling lazy.

I can do a lot in a crockpot. A lot.

Great piece of equipment.

You should take another approach here: figure out what you want to make then see if you can make it in a crock pot...not the way you are doin.
