Woodland creature trail cam pic identification and surprises

Checked trail cameras yesterday.
This is a pig. No real surprise there. Place is full of them
I scrolled through pictures and saw a few does and pigs. Nothing exciting until I came across this
Must have been very windy that day. Only reasonable explanation why a garbage bag would be moving bast my trail camera
Went to another lease that I had just joined. I had been in discussion with the members about the possibility of them having hogs and how you can waste a lot of corn feeding them at night using feeders. they assured me they have never seen hogs on camera, signs, or during hunts.
i guess I brought them with me when I joined
