Good Eats in the Williams Blvd., Kenner LA area ...

Going to be in this area for the next few days without any spare time to venture out into the metro area to go hit the spots i'm familiar with.
Although i'm born and raised in New Orleans, this area aint my stompin' ground, So I have no idea of the quality of all of these restaurants I'm seeing along Williams Blvd.
Not looking for fine dining, of course. Just decent eats.
TIA for any suggestions.

As long as you're an adventurous eater, you can do very well in the Williams Blvd corridor.
--Norma's Sweets, a cuban bakery serving good pressed cuban sandwiches and a variety of tamales on the weekend. 3221 Georgia Ave, a block off of Williams
--Pollo Campero, the only local outpost of the centroamericano fried & grilled chicken chain. Yuca fries and campero beans, plus grilled chicken FTW.
--Little Chinatown, duck noodle soup, lettuce wraps, the specials written on white board near the entrance. whole roasted pig on weekends.
--Churra's Brazilian Grill, 3712 Williams. Meat by the lb, parilla style, plus a salad & fixings buffet.
--Chilangos Seafood, the pescatarian version of Chilangos taqueria over on Roosevelt. 3617 Williams. Veracruz shrimp cocktail, raw oysters, seafood soup, ceviche, etc.
--Brick Oven cafe, 3712 Williams. Italian, simple wood fired pizzas. Get the chicken vesuvio.
Moving slightly farther afield opens things up a bit. Chez Pierre and Pho Sunrise on Vets almost to Roosevelt, Thanh Truc bistro on West Esp at Chateau, Reginelli's just down the street from it...

Obvious joke is obvious brah. But I do enjoy it. Yup and I tend to stay away from Harbor seafood after have there extremely lack luster crawfish and seen roaches crawling on tables. Stuff like that doesn't happen at the swamp room baby!

In a city that lacks good BBQ options, the best choice in all of NOLA metro area might be right there at Ted's Smokehouse.
Not trying to debate one over the other right now, but it's a good option in that area.

Well it's not even close to the best Q in the metro area, but I'll give you it's the best in Kenner.

It baffles me how so many people like harbor so much.

I like Kenner Seafood better than Harbor. Little Chinatown is the one restaurant I miss the most in that area now that I live on the other side of the city. Sandros is great but further into Metairie
