Pull his scholarship and make him earn it back as a walk on. Do the kid a favor and teach him a lesson. No bars the rest of his college football career. The kid was given an opportunity to succeed and he screwed it up. If he really wants to be here then make him earn it. I am not a fan of ruining his career so make him work his arse of but give him a chance.

Hill clearly wasnt distressed enough to be in any type of physical altercation before that. He's doing that to show off.

It would be easy for me to defend him if it were self defense, or if he knocked the guy out on cue after being called a racial slur. But chasing down and taking a cheap shot at the guy to show off and high five your friends should be grounds for dismissal. Especially considering his past legal trouble

Isn't it interesting that the video starts exactly when it did. How did the guy get on the ground to begin with? What started the situation? Who took the video and was there more that wasn't ever shown? As some others have said, the original story was that Hill hit the guy in the back of the head which obviously isn't shown here. Also, it was supposed to have taken place at one point INSIDE the bar.

I would suggest the BRPD try to solve the prostitute problem that is rampant around I-12 and Airline drive at the hotels in that city. Wonder how many times THIS exact/similar situation happens in Baton Rouge outside bars?

My thoughts:

1) It was clearly a sucker punch. To suggest otherwise is ridiculous

2) We have no idea what preceded it, so it is very much out of context. Obviously something happened beforehand or the camera would not have been rolling.

3) It wasn't as bad as reports suggested

4) This kind of stuff happens ALL the time. It's a deal, but not a huge one

5) Hill should be suspended. He's got to know better
