Personally, my panties get wet for Calvin's Chicken Salad, but that's just me. I can't speak for anyone else...

Whoa, ease up on the criticism there sport-coat. The OP said grocery store, and Calvin's is pasty but it's delish...Fresh Market makes a yummy Waldorf C-Salad that's chunky, but I always wonder about the freshness of their stuff.

I'm just in a bad mood and busting balls today. I don't dislike the taste. That texture, though, is terrible. Last time I remember eating something with that texture was in kindergarten.

Don't judge me. If paste wasn't meant to be eaten, it wouldn't be minty fresh.
