The calm before the storm.
Tiger's resurgence is coming.

MSB will self destruct if tiger wins #19 or LBJ wins #7.

I know at the Masters he would show up late and only play 9 during the practice rounds. Of course, he was right at the top until he hit the flag stick and then cheated, so it didn't seem to hurt him too much that week.

he's probably trying not to tire himself out.

He's right. He used to get there earlier and really prepare for that one tourney.

Here is sort of the more detailed version of the story...but all in all as annoying as Haney can be...he is probably right
I have always said the biggest X factor in all-time greats is that constant, consistent drive to be the best for many more years than the average guy
If Tiger has backed off his preparation due to career-long burnout or whatnot - its over.

Difference... Tiger is a man, Lebron is a pussy.

I want him to win the next major by ten strokes just so all of these numbnuts that he's fired over the years will shut the hell up for a week or two.

I read this today and AGREE..... NO WAY he gets to 19 majors, let alone 18...............

Meh... I get what he's saying, but maybe Tiger just doesn't think his body can take as much

Between practice rounds and tournament rounds, Tiger has probably played Augusta 100 times in his life, so I can understand why he wouldn't feel the need to spend a lot of time on the course on Tuesday and Wednesday.
