Kids who haven't even played their sophomore season in high school football. Wow that's crazy to even project.

Hope that qb Belton develops as a passer. He looks like Perriloux running the ball. JJ27, you have the scoop on him?

He'll start for West Monroe as a sophomore at QB. In the 30 years I've gone to WM games and played I don't remember anyone being a full time starter as a soph. He was Eastbay All American in junior high, won MVP at Top Gun camp, was on Saban team at Bama last week. Here's an article on him from Clean last year.

Eta never mind his highlights are in OP. He's become more familiar with his height and is much more fluid runner now. He kinda looks like a baby giraffe in those highlights, just learning to run on those long legs.

Oh look another WM player who camped at Bama, quite a little pipeline they're setting up over there.
Everyone makes the all-Saban team.

Don't like it? Send more coaches to WM. Don't complain when you're getting out worked.

Ohhhhh god......LSU is going to lose an OLman from North La.
LSU is so fricked. They'll never replace him! Never ever!

Yep.
It's ridiculous to think anymore that if LSU loses out on a prospect that they can't find one just as good.
I've come to realize there's not THAT much difference in talent between alot of these 4 and 5 stars. Sure, they look fine in their high school video highlights, but once they get to campus, it's a completely different story. There are learning curves, putting on weight, etc etc. There's no ONE recruit that will factor in LSU's W/L record on a yearly basis. Especially when the depth chart is pretty deep.
Just a stance I'm going to keep. It's ridiculous to get so worked up over an in-state kid anymore when LSU has proven they can go out and hand pick anyone else. If LSU were at a level of, let's say.....a UNC or a Oregon St. where landing a big time recruit does matter because they're rare, i can see the arguments.
But LSU is at a point now where they can recruit anywhere in the country and land big time prospects.
Much repeck to you Egg, but I just don't agree with the stance.

Are we getting out worked by their coaches or the shady people that have made themselves a part of Robinson's recruitment?

To act like it's nothing at all if we were to lose cam is just dumb, prom. It's not the end of the world but it'd be a huge blow to the "best class ever." A huge blow.
And to JJ, no one has out worked lsu for cam. No one out worked lsu for Luther Davis, either. Don't bring your butthurtedness about your perception that lsu favors south la over north la into this. West Monroe is out of control

Oh, it's not football season so you can't cry over there about a 3rd down play you didn't like.

To the class, sure. I can see that as far as rankings or whatnot.
But when it's all said and done, it's about results on the field. Not what 247 said during the time they were in HS.

We don't have a single tackle on our board after Cam. None of these 4 star replacements of which you speak. It's a premium position, there are not a bunch like him walking around. If you don't see how that might translate to wins and losses I don't know what to tell you.
