Grilled pork sausage, sliced and added to sauteed mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers over spaghetti noodles and topped with shredded parm. Of course, garlic bread.

How do you do yours? We got a stone for the NFL draft. Definitely gotta go thinner on the crust next time.

i make a whole wheat crust. heat up the grill w/ the stone on it. throw some toppings and go. it takes about 5 minutes per pizza. i usually go with a margarita (basil, roma tomatoes, mozzarella), standard pepperoni, and then improvise. i think i'm going to do a smoked chicken, jalapeño, bacon, gruyere, on bbq sauce. the last one will be goat cheese, mozzarella, grapes, and toasted pecans.
Eta: margarita before going on the grill

Eata: pepperoni for the kids finishing up

Veggie for mother in law

Last one almost done
Chicken, jalapeños, gruyere, mozzerrella, bacon on BBQ sauce. I cheated and picked up a rotisserie chicken at Kroger.

Not going to do the goat cheese, grape, pecan one tonight.

I'm starting to make some Shrimp Creole served over rice with rosemary from the garden. But the mood in the house is somber. Bad dog is not doing well.

Going to have to try this one next time. I used pizzasteel's recipe. While it tasted awesome, the dough rose on me too much sitting out waiting for assembly (thank you beer); didn't get that thin crust crunch I was looking for.

Sounds good. Should add some wine and cream to that. Would probably make a good sauce
