it's in the Saints official draft book that they must take at least one player not that peeps haven't heard of but a player from a school no one knows.

Memorial Stadium on the campus of Tarleton State University was completed in 1977. Recent renovations to the west stands has increased seating capacity to 7,000 spectators for athletic events.
