Go to the big box stores and check out the floor models. This is the wrong time of the year to score a deal, but I got a Weber Genesis at half price in the fall because it had a scratch. On the back side.

Point out any flaws to the guy in charge of seasonal and tell him you'll be glad to take it off his hands.

Go to Sam's club and check out the stainless kitchen aid for this year. I got Jenn air from sams last year and it is awesome, the kitchen aid made me jealous when I saw last week

I picked up a gas/coal grill at half price this time of the year at academy last year.

Gas is great for ribeyes, everything else gets the coal.
