Any suggestions where Louisiana notaries can get a stamp and seal?

Office Depot/Office Max. The seal is around $35-40 and the stamp (if you want a stamp with your name/commission ID) is about $20.
Bring your actual notary certificate with you, otherwise they won't take your order.
I just called around about this on Monday.

In Louisiana you don't necessarily need a stamp (a notary's signature is his stamp) but you can get it at Office Depot/max for $20 or so. I didn't spring for the embosser.
By far one of the easiest government transactions was getting my notary number. I emailed a PDF of my letter of good standing from the LASC in the morning and I had a notary number by that afternoon.
