This movie is beyond terrible. I'm only 45 mins in and thinking about cutting it off.

The ending is a little ridiculous, but overall it's a solid movie.....I enjoyed it.

7/10
good and fun movie, but terribly ..... and I mean TERRIBLY overrated. still a good movie though, but the fact that it is receiving the type of award nomination love that it is getting is unbelievable. especially considering how good of a year 2012 was for film.
I ranked Affleck's films (as a director) the other day in another thread -
1. Gone Baby Gone
2. The Town
3. Argo

I thought it was awesome.

Different strokes. I didn't know how it played out in real life so that helped the suspense. Watched it again and still loved it.

It was the best film of 2012. Does that answer your question?

Predicted the end before the movie even came out

I thought it was really good.

It was my favorite film of last year.

Best movie of the year. You don't like it? Argo frick yourself.

I liked it... but I don't think it should be getting all the Best Picture type buzz it's getting. Editing...maybe. Director...possible, but only because he did a great job with what I consider flat material with zero character depth.

I liked it...but its a tad overrated.
Not better than Django, Silver Linings Playbook, Zero Dark Thirty or even Lincoln.

This is the correct answer. Although I don't get to see a ton of films, of the ones I saw, this one, Zero Dark Thirty and Silver Lining Playbook were far and beyond anything else

The last 25 minutes blow pole. So contrived

Affleck is a boss who turned out another awesome movie. That's all you need to know.

There were too many last second saves in the film's ending. They definitely added to the tension, and the excitement might have stalled without it. But scenes like the Arkin character's delay for filming the movie were just too much.
