I live in Shreveport. It's not hard to impress people with just well boiled crawfish. And by well boiled, I mean not just thrown in an ice chest full of Tony's and shaken up.

Buddy throws in a 5# bag of rice after he takes crawfish out. Swears its awesome. I add oranges every once in a while.

Real fresh corn and not the frozen kind. Fresh corn is so so much better tasting.
