Say what you will, but using a stolen credit card should be grounds to kick anyone out of anywhere.

It was a stolen ACT Card (student ID) it looks like.
And I agree with you. He will be kicked off the team most likely. I'm not sure why you are so sure that these guys won't get kicked off the team?

Doug Gottlieb says hey.
He stole his roommate's CC and did the same thing at ND and they booted him.
..and he didn't physically assault him to get it.
