Let's just enjoy it without relegating ourselves to their level. that's what they do, not us. We're better than that.

You can bet the first time we run a dive play that gets less than 2 yards they'll be claiming he has control of the offense and is running it into the ground

Well he isn't changing much. He's just hiring the best person possible to implement his scheme.

Les said himself prior to and after the bowl game he wasn't changing anything. He still won't change the offense, that's why he hired Cam.......so he wouldn't have to.

I love Les and think he is the 4th best in the country after Saban, Meyer, and Petrino but I also went full rantard in thinking that nothing would be done. I'm happy that I have to eat crow.

It only took an inept BCS championship game and an entire boring offensive season in 2012 but it finally did happen. I'm sure he heard it from everyone and he finally just got tired of it. That's what brings about change. You look at yourself in the mirror at the end of the day and say "I could be wrong." He was. Now he's trying to change. Good for him. However, I wonder how much the TAF folks had to be with his "reasoning."
Just saying.....

I'm here. I am pleasantly surprised that he made this move.

My only gripe with this hire, is that he hired a buddy. . .which makes me wonder how much control Cam is going to have.

I don't hate him, but his offenses have been very bad the last few years. Surely you agree with that. I am happy he has decided to make a change.

Somebody helped him come o the realization our offense has kept us from being where Alabama is.

Good for that person.

Where are all the sunshine pumpers saying nothing was wrong with the offense? They kept telling us we should just keep our mouth shut cause everything was fine. This whole scenario proves the sunshine pumpers were wrong. Les finally demoted an unqualified Studrawa. People had been pointing out the obvious for years and we had to listen to people defending Les over an inept offense. Les confirmed all the criticism was on the money.

LSU recruits itself.

The players find ways to win inspite of the coaches.

We could easily find a coach better than Les.

Blah blah blah.

It will never stop, some people just live to hate Miles.

It's not that Les won't change. The problem is that he is a good and decent man who is very loyal to those around him and waits 1 or 2 years too long to make the needed change.

We are waiting until something changes on the field.
We have heard this message several times since 2005.
First it t was Jimbo. When Jimbo left we got a sigh of relief.

They are are over there by the 'les does not need to change anything posters'. Les must be a negatiger, he saw a problem with the O that needed fixing and did something to address the problem.

I'm very pleased with the hire but unfortunately I'm in the, "I'll believe it when I see it." camp.

I hope and pray this hire gets the LSU offense out of the gutter but events over the last five years have lead me to be skeptical.

It seems almost foolish not to be.
