Is it legal to have a loaded gun in your vehicle in the state of Louisiana without a CC license?
If yes, then is it legal to conceal it in the console or glovebox of your vehicle without a CC license?
Can you provide me with a link or site where i can find quick answers like this without reading an entire booklet about gun laws?

That was one of my Christmas presents
Took very little time and effort, and is exactly what the doctor ordered for the days I drive a lot with my 1911. Its only uncomfortable for me to CC when I am driving. That makes it all better

I have gotten pulled over a couple of times with a gun in my truck. Told the cops and they just brushed it off. Didn't care one bit and didn't even secure it, just kept writing tickets

In Texas you are correct I believe. OP stated LA though. In LA you can do whatever you want.

You know how I know you're white?

So I can ride around with two loaded pistols on the front seat of my car, and get stopped by a cop, and have no penalties what so ever?

Same here, one told me as long as you don't pull it out we won't have a problem.
I keep mine tucked between my seat and the center console. If I am going to be out of my truck a long time, I will put it in the center console.

Generally, yes.
If you had an unusual amount, say 10 loaded pistols, they would have probable cause to start asking questions.
If you exhibit any questionable behaviour, they have probable cause.
But as a matter of law, open carry in a vehicle is legal.
