Beastie boys- hello nasty

I was probably 10 or 11 when I got it and it opened me up to a totally new sound of music.

The Byrds' Mr. Tambourine Man album. Bought it in 1965 at age 11. It's been a lifelong friend.

First heard this album when I was in middle school, been in love with rock ever since, inspired me to start playing guitar also.

Pink Floyd: Dark Side Of The Moon... [Full Album]

I heard the lyrics and realized that not all lyrics in songs were about Knocking 3 times on the ceiling or an Opelousas Sostan coming this way.

They could actually be intelligent.

First cassette I bought was Judas Priest's "Defenders of the Faith," and I loved it. I was in control of the music on my Walkman. It was very empowering.
