what exactly did it have to do with? Kind of appeared to me that he thought he wanted FSU/Miami early in the process, got cold feet about going so far away from home, called LSU to try to get them interested again but LSU didn't really bite, tripped to Bama and committed.

I'm not even convinced of this. I'll trust where he is going once the letter is signed.

So why do you think he ended up there???

This is what happened. In fact, TW wanted to pledge to LSU according to one insider a few weeks back, but the coaches declined. For whatever reasons, the staff doesn't want any part of TW. BTW, only 2 of Bama's MNC are legit. And I'm sure LSU winning the SEC 4 times since 2001 doesn't help recruiting

The fact is if everyone sticks, LSU will land ALL commits instate they coveted this class.

Did we really want him? I hope not, he is a problem. Good luck Nick.

See you in November. Maybe you'll play more than Landon Collins did this year

That is such a stupid comment. LC played on ST and was a beast. He will be a super star at Bama. Loser talk makes us all look bad.

I'm not saying LSU lost him. I'm saying Bama's 3 out of 4 played a role in him committing there.

He had one good tackle in the NCG and he was a ST beast . I think he'll be a good player but to say he'll be a superstar at this point is absurd. In fact if he doesn't start next year it is time to start wondering if his Bama career is going to pan out, being that the players starting ahead of him would be either in his class or just one year older.

I dont care what he does. I dont like every year Bama gets a top 100 players from our state.

Just makes me sick. how can this kid live in BR and not be an LSU fan.

Ever since McKnight seems liek we lose one or two a year. Shiro and Collins last year made me ill as well.

I remember how butt hurt somoe was about Lacy and Kenny Bell and they have been greta for Bama. Stop hating and accept the fact that maybe he was close enough to see something we couldn't.

I wish him well. I also wish he woudl have left the SEC.

Not as big a role as Demarcus Walker's mom.

Exactly. A decent ST player does not equal Superstar. If this is the definition, then Corey Thompson will also be a Superstar cause he beasted on ST as well. The fact is that LC will probably not start again next year at Bama. One of my good friends is a Bammer and next season, it will be Clinton-Dix at FS, Sunseri and Perry at SS and Landon will be fighting with Jarrick Williams as the first backup to Clinton-Dix.

LSU didn't want him. That should help you deal with it a bit better...

Was probably promised early playing time like Landon Collins. Oh well, we are stacked on defense with or without him. I guess Williams knew this himself.

Dude calm down. We have raided top players from other states as well. Lacy was never offered. Period end of story. Bell is good, but he cant help the team injured on the sidelines. Bradly sylve, sentimore and collins havent done shite yet. They got a good one in devall though.

I thought for sure he'd go to FSU or Miami. Everytime I talked to him at school he never seemed interested in Bama.
