Only on the Rant will you find such a thread questioning the skills of a guy that just had an NFL record breaking performance during the post-season

......and how long before somebody chimes in about how Les didn't utilize him properly even though he was our 5th best option at RB and couldn't catch a pass to save his life.
Capital Bowl, Sloppy turf vs Penn State. Go back and rewatch the game... Our brilliant offensive minds DID NOT RECOGNIZE what TH was doing with his limited touches and the HUGE ADVANTAGE he gave LSU under those conditions. A HUGE FAIL and reason why LSU lost that game. Why did the camaras keep showing TH on the sidelines in the 4th qrt? I know why. They recognized what our coaches didn't.

I was at that game. LSU lost because the soft turf neutralized LSU's speed advantage. Need a reminder?

Trindon isn't loosing a step. It was in single digits with the wind chill, that tightens your muscles. Plus he was taunting the kicker while he was running past him, I don't think that tridon thought he would be that fast though.

Bottom line: If you run two kicks back to the house and both of them were over 90 yards you haven't lost a step. Especially in the NFL when you have players like Champ Bailey playing gunner.

Some of you people are unf'nbelievable. The guy has two monster returns yesterday and you complain because you don't think he ran fast enough. I really don't even know what else to say about that.

But PSU had some fairy in the locker room sprinkle dust on their cleats, which magically enabled them to play through it...

To me, it looked like TH intentionally slowed when the kicker gave chase, knowing he could turn on the speed in a fraction of a second and run away. He was "taunting" the kicker, giving him a chance to get him, knowing he had no chance.
