180,000 is our absolute ceiling. Any suggestions on where to look would be greatly appreciated.

$180k will get you a pretty nice 3br/2 ba here: LINK

Its about 1 mile past the EBR/Iberville parish line near U club on Hwy 30.

Greenbrier Hollow - right across Perkins Road from Perkins Rowe. Small community, conveniently located.

Tell us more ab out you style of living. Can you sacrifice size for convenience? Does traffic/commute bother you? Would you rather have a large yard or a small one? Where do you work?

Hit Zillow up and punch in a few area codes with that price range. 70817 has a few decent subdivisions in that area. Azalea Lake area

If you really want to find something in BR, you should look in this area, which is off of Highland Road, not far from LSU, and convenient to alot of things. The homes are older, but well kept and on nice lots with yards. This one has been updated.

Neighborhoods off Gardere Rd. Heard they are cheap and conveniently located.
