I like a good cigar from time to time but I like them before the heavy drinking. Otherwise it can get ugly quick

You baws ever had anything from Rock Town Distillery in Little Rock? Looks like they have a few different bourbons and a rye. I'm in Little Rock this week and thinking of swinging by the distillery. Will I regret getting bourbon from Arkansas?

Looking for opinions. The girlfriend has decided that she wants to try bourbon. Do I do the right thing, and give her something reasonable like Weller 12? Or should I give her some Stagg Jr and make sure she never looks at my stash again?

If your going to be in the distillery just see if you can sample some of there stuff. I have not had any of it but it might be good. Bowman brothers is good and it's from Virginia.
I have not had any of the 18 yet.
That is a hard one...defend your stash...or get her into drinking your stash. Stagg jr should do the trick if defending...other wise some that is easy to drink. Things like blantons, basil Hayden, maybe angels envy come time mind. Mine likes buffalo trace with some ice, Angels envy and dickel 9yr so far. She prefers the dirty martinis doe.
