I saw a bottle of Irish whiskey infused with honey. I guess a scotch version of the honey bourbon. I love the American Honey by Wild Turkey but not sure how Irish whiskey and honey would mix.

Balvenie has a carribean cask that is smooth as glass and has just a note of sweetness if you like that.

We should plan an OTGT scotch tasting.

Do you have a big porch or living area? Because you have quite a bit in stock there

I mean, it's not a big house. It's plenty enough for me, especially now that i'm single. I could host a nice enough scotch party. But it really wouldn't do it justice.
I'm sure there are plenty with much nicer accommodations than I.
But yes, I am rather proud of my scotch collection. However, of all I've mentioned, only the 21 year is opened. I stopped drinking alone.

Wow. Now I know who the serious scotch drinker is. Your word on scotch is now considered fact by me. You say Balvenie, I'm going to find some this week. Thanks.

Well, what do you like? Or do you know?
I'm on a really big islay kick right now. The Peaty smokinesss of the Laphroig is divine to me.
You should probably invest in a scotch guide

I've grown to like the Glenfiddich very much. Friend just gave me a bottle of 18-yr Glenfiddich. Have not cracked it yet. Might go open it right now.
