Matt Barkley overrated?

I have only seen USC play twice this year, but both times I have been very underwhelmed by Barkley. He has the best WR in the nation (Lee) and another high draft pick (Woods), but I don't think there is any way Barkley should be the first QB taken in the draft or be a top 10 draft pick. NFL bust in my opinion.
What do you think? I am off here? Again, I haven't seen him play much.

He's as good as advertised. But USC as a whole is overrated.....as usual.

Judging by the couple of USC games I have seen, they ask him to do to much.

He's only overrated as a pro prospect. He's a very good, not great, college QB helped by his great supporting cast.

I said this in a different thread 3 months ago and got crushed. Hell be just like every other SC Qb. Get picked top 5, end up being no better than Carson Palmer...at BEST.

Don't count this kid out. Barkely is tough and is a good leader. And while he doesn't have a great arm by NFL standards, his arm is good enough to win in the NFL IMO.
He reminds me a lot of Billy Kilmer from back in the early days of the Saints. Barkley is not an elite proepect, but I think he can start and win in the NFL.
