We need to finish top 4 or no bcs.

That's actually not correct. Top4 is not as important anymore as it was when Fiesta/Rose was in play.

At this point, if FSU beats Florida, probably regardless of whether LSU finishes in the Top4 or not, LSU is going to the Sugar Bowl.

Would it help if LSU finished in the Top4? Certainly, but it's not necessary. Obviously it would make Sugar automatic by rule as opposed to the Sugar getting to pick between A&M/LSU/Florida (Also, FWIW, as far as the Top4 auto is concerned, we need either Oregon to lose and/or Oregon to get back into the Pac12 title game so that they don't finish #3 as a non-champion and get the auto-bid).

All that said, it's pretty clear at this point:

FSU beats Florida:
BCSCG-Bama/UGA
Sugar-LSU
Cap1-Bama/UGA
Cotton-A&M
Outback-Florida
CFA-USC

Florida beats FSU:
BCSCG-Bama/UGA
Sugar-Florida
Cap1-Bama/UGA
Cotton-A&M/LSU
Outback-A&M/LSU
CFA-USC

Outback-A&M/LSU

Since 1995, 3 SEC west teams have played in th Outback Bowl...Auburn twice, Bama once. Since 1997, only Auburn in 2009 played in the Outback Bowl from the West. I think South Carolina is a virtual Outback Bowl lock. If A&M is available and Manziel wins the Heisman, I could see them taking them. But they aren't taking LSU.
