I like diced red onion, shredded cheddar and sliced jalapenos with some saltine crackers. Bring on the fireplace and cold weather with it.

Up north we ate saltines w/ softened (in the microwave) cream cheese. It is AWESOME... don't knock it til you try it.
I also like a good Chili 5-way (if you don't know what it is, look it up...)
Since moving down South, I've learned to love my chili w/ a big ol' hunk o' cornbread.

My wife eats her chili over rice and I've always laughed at her and never tried it.

White rice, sharp cheddar, chopped white onion, and jalapeños. Or a foot long covered in frito chili pie
