But it's interesting because you never know if something will blow up in their face or actually work.

While Bama is probably the most boring team in the history of CFB...last year and this year. They're like a watching a Roomba go about its business and sweep your floor. Efficient and in total control and dull as the day is long.

LSU/Bama could be historically boring as shite.

The first LSU/Bama game was great because it was two teams hitting the living crap out of one another. It also had something all great games need: tension.

It was close throughout and essentially every play mattered. It was a great game. I think fans will watch whichever game is close because, well, they will want to watch a game that is more exciting. Regardless of the over/under.

Obviously, I am watching the LSU game as an LSU fan. Even as a fan, it is hard to watch LSU on offense some times.

I have 2 tv's in my living room for college football, so both. I'll be recording both as well.

Agreed. But it was manufactured tension because both teams played not to lose and ultra-conservative...the only tension was..."which team is going to make a mistake and lose."

I prefer games where teams try to make it happen rather than rely on miscues or the slow advance of field position and therefore FGs.

That WAS ugly.

LSU/Bama on 11/5 last year was beautiful regardless of outcome. Both defenses were basically flawless.

That game, for 95% of people watching, was boring.

because people are fans of teams in shitty conferences like B1G and like watching explosive shootouts and getting stomped in NCG

Like Alabama throwing a halfback pass and geting intercepted on the 1?

Nothing about that game was boring. LSU/UF this year was boring.

Is something like 21-17 too much to ask for? The 9-6 game wasn't even as exciting as a 3-2 soccer game.

Not a good comparison.

9-6 in football is like 0-0 in soccer...and 0-0 in OT and 0-0 in double OT...going to penalty kicks.
