This old A&M couple in the club level asked me what we were doing when TGBFT was playing neck. I said we are telling our opponents to suck that tiger d**k, b**ch. The look on their faces was priceless.
I dont want to flame but here goes. I am in my mid 40's (I guess I am just old). Last Sept I told a friend to the WV game since we were both working there. When the band played Neck and fans started yelling S.T.T.D... I was embarassed. Do we really need to do that? Really???

They're about to have 3 songs total get banned because of their "clever" antics with that...

I live about 40 minutes from college station, they have some of the most delusional fans you will ever meet, I've had friends take me to games and they have without of doubt the some of the creepiest tradtions you will ever witness. I went to A&M game last year and whenever they score a TD, all the guys in my section would jump up and down together in a very gay manner and would slap each others asses it is really disturbing

Lulz. It's not changing.

Me and my buds were talking about this very thing earlier....also, they call the people who go their for a real education and don't get into slapping male asses (they do have some good academic programs) the "2 per centers"...the 2 percent who is not gay i guess...

did they have bull nuts hanging from the back bumper?

this thread is awesome

I agree, A&M spawns some weird motherfrickers. I can tell you though that when we beat them, it is extremely gratifying.
Posted on 10/14/12 at 9:12 pm to mytigger
They also greet everybody by saying "Howdy"

This would make perfect sense, seeing as how former A&M Coach Jackie Sherrill allowed a bull to be castrated in front of his Miss. St. team as a motivational tactic. Granted, it was after he left College station...but you know what they say, you can take the man out of College Station, but you can't take College Station out of the man!

I went to the mid night yell and thought it was ridiculous. I'm glad LSU doesn't do anything similar.

I guess that I'm the only one that thinks that their band is awesome. I also like their fight song. Many members of the Corps go on to serve in the military. Their traditions are different than ours, but it's hard to find more devoted fans. I thought that the students at A&M were very polite. I'll duck and take cover now.

they have ORGANIZED BALL SQUEEZING
to help feel the pain the team is going thru
absolutely not a joke, its called squeeze em

So to summarize, A&M would be akin to Denham Springs opening up a major university inhabited by some sort of deliverance infused militia draped in maroon and carted around in dualies, who rather than salute respond by pointing a pretend gun in the air and in their highest pitched emaciated female voice yell "whoop!"
fricking cracked me up!...
Posted on 10/14/12 at 9:31 pm to LSUMJ
Everything the OP said is 100% true. The funniest thing is that all aggies think everyone is jealous of them and wishes they could have gone to A&M
College station is a shithole and when they do their yells it looks so gay.

98% of the Texas A&M grads I've met here in Texas claim to be 2%ers. Historically, the school runs one of the dirtiest programs in the NCAA and I'm still disappointed that they were invited to join the SEC.
Whenever I get some resumes to review for potential new hires, if I see they graduated from Texas A&M, their resume goes in the round file. They are too hard to deprogram and integrate into polite society.
