I know these threads are annoying as fack.
But this is a dilemma. Green is for sure the more talented receiver, but Floyd is playing a poor Oakland D

Hopefully Green. Gyno has me by a point. I have Green left and he has Floyd!!!1

This always bothers me for week 1. How do we know that Oak's def is poor yet? They haven't played a game.
Role with Green and good luck.

Slight hijack, Floyd or Torrey Smith?
Up by 19 in a non-PPR league but he has The Law Firm and Janikowski left to play so I want to make sure my lead stays intact

I'm guessing you drafted Green in the first 3 or 4 rounds.

That's a better question.
I'd probably go with Smith, but it is close.

Im battling against Green in another league, too.
But I also have him in another league and need him to do well.
So I think both Green and Floyd will go the F off with Floyd have 3 more points

How do you draft green early & not play him?
Btw this is 2012, not 2001. The Ravens D is not invincible

I acknowledge green is clearly the better receiver but you play matchups too. Last year (2011) green combined for 2 catches and 26 yards against the Ravens in two games. Oakland's D ranked 31st against the pass last year and SD lost V Jax.
Just weighing the options

agreed. the ravens give up a decent amount via the pass.

I get where you are coming from but you dont play matchups with the top tier of players. Green should start every game.

Yes, but you're thinking too much. I started Geirhart over AP this week bc AP wasnt suppose to get a lot of touches. You drafted AJ 5 rounds ahead of Floyd. You should never bench AJ, no matter who he plays.
