What are some good low carb options when you want something sweet? I have a few ideas, but want some varieties
- peanut butter
- cottage cheese and Splenda
- sugar free pudding (I don't trust myself with these in the house)
- sugar free jello
- Atkins shakes
Anything else? Not many options while trying to cut the carbs.

I use crunchy peanut butter to crave my sweet tooth while on low carb diet.

Protein shakes. Chocolate with almond butter/peanut butter and a banana.
If I have a sweet tooth, my favorite thing is to take a spoonful of peanut butter and put some Rediwhip on it.
If you're on a keto diet and not really paleo like I'm doing, then this won't work for you, but I like to take berries with some coconut milk, ice, and stevia in a blender and make a fruit smoothie.

Breyers has an awesome low carb chocolate/almond coated ice cream bar which is my go to when on Atkins.
I don't trust the Atkins bar with the net carb crap to me a carb is a carb. When I was on the diet I was averaging 2 - 3 lbs a week. I tried the Atkins bars and my weight loss came to a screeching halt (one per day). Got off them and started losing again. Just my opinion.

I love the Atkins products. I'm addicted to the Morning Break blueberry almond squares. I take them on trips especially when flying. I get the munchies on planes and they're great when I don't have time for a meal.

Substitute almond flour and stevia and you can eliminate most of the carbs from a lot of baked goods.

I'll check at home this afternoon for a low carb cheesecake recipe that is pretty good. It has about 3 carbs per slice...whip up some heavy whipping cream or use Redi-Whip from the can and it's pretty damn good.

Take half of a cantalope and fill the middle with walnuts and some berries

I tried these sugar-free forgotten cookies a few weeks ago.
No where near as good as the real thing, but if you were really desperate for a sweet, might help.
I was thinking of trying another extract besides vanilla. In this recipe, 1 tsp seems like a lot so I might even cut back on that a bit.
