Thanks! I’ve also seen cream cheese mentioned. I will do some experimenting.

Looking for Maxwell’s and/or Calvin’s copycat recipes. I can not afford this pregnancy craving anymore!

Got a hair once. Never been back. It's a mental thing. My husband ate the rest of mine and still loves the place.

I tried these sugar-free forgotten cookies a few weeks ago.
No where near as good as the real thing, but if you were really desperate for a sweet, might help.
I was thinking of trying another extract besides vanilla. In this recipe, 1 tsp seems like a lot so I might even cut back on that a bit.

And it looks like a cafeteria to me. Dont like the atmosphere for an expensive place.
You are right about this.
I read they have plans to expand into the available space next door to open up the bar area and I assume add more dining, as well.

Apps 8 to 10. Entrees run between 20 and 30.
I wasn't thrilled with the menu there. I got the BBQ shrimp. It was a huge entree, but just good, not anything more.

I visited a TJ's for the first time last month in Nashville. I was really impressed with the prices and the products. Bought several jars of sauce, hummus, dressing, chips, trail mix, etc. and liked everything. Bought a WFM-size brown bag FULL for 47 bucks.
Prepared foods section was really small in this one. Not sure if this is how they usually are?
Super excited about this!

Can't stop thinking about eggplant. :)
Thinking about homemade Chinese... sauteed eggplant, sauteed green beans, veggie fried rice and black pepper chicken.

I have a good recipe for this, too... + black beans, but have never grilled the avocados. Will have to try that. Just brush with oil, s&p and throw them on for just a minute or so?

Avocados
Posted by LittleLady on 7/12/12 at 5:53 pm
Absolutely obsessed with avocados. I usually just make guacamole with garlic salt, cumin, lemon juice and sometimes a chopped tomato.
What's your favorite guac recipe?
What else do you do with avocados besides mash them or add them to salads and sandwiches?

Eggplant pizzas
-Slice eggplants in rounds, drizzle with olive oil and season with s&p
-Bake off for 8 to 10 mins on 375 just to dry them out a bit
-Top with sauce (low/no sugar), meat, veggies, cheese, as you please
Also, use spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute and steamed/mashed cauliflower as a mashed potato substitute.
Was going to make this this week but didn't find a spaghetti squash at the fruit stand.

Parrain's is right off of the interstate so may be most convenient for you coming from the airport.

Kitchen Aid grinder attachment works great, stuffer does not... way too slow. 5lb LEM stuffer is cheap (<$150) and works really well.

Mmmk. I based this off of a Web site listing of prices. I only picked restaurants from two price ranges that were listed... $12-18 and $18-24. Maybe they lied?
Any other recommendations?
