Haha, okay now I know who you are. Don't worry, I wasn't upset by that at all. Hell, it felt like amateur hour when I couldn't get anyone to confirm anything.
But criticism is part of the job and I have a thick skin by now. I just hate twisting in the wind like that.

Drew, a couple of things. If you value your credibility, do yourself a favor and don't report anything that comes from Guilbeau OR Kleinpeter.

Guilbeau had the rogue assistant AD before he got shipped off to the gulag. That was funny. But yeah, he shouldn't stir the pot the way he does.
Kleinpeter is generally well-respected and I do not believe he would say that Miles confirmed the meeting if Miles didn't. So who knows.

I think we are all up to that point.
As I said, he can go to Nicholls, that's fine by me. He isn't going to have that big of an impact on any team, but he could be the catalyst/playmaker that McNeese needs to beat SFA and SHSU.
If we don't make the playoffs this year, I'm hearing rumblings that someone may be out of a job. That's all on V though, our D coaches should already be gone.
As far as Drew, he did his due diligence, and reported what he could, he handled the situation better than most could have, and deserves some praise for being level headed under such circumstances.

I'm the D-Bag that posted on Facebook that he needed to find a new job. It grew pretty rapidly within a matter of hours. I never knew that many people disliked the guy but I guess there really are people out there with some common sense. I haven't watched him since then and I can only assume he has gotten worse. His "clever and entertaining" highlights are going to be at an all time fail level if TM7 joins the Cowboys.

You must not follow McNeese football that closely. Coach Collins is the D Coordinator. No way we get rid of him. He is the best coach on the staff. He hasnt even had a chance to build his own defense. Defense will be much improved this year. TM would be an improvement but I like what we have with out him as well.

So Drew...whats the deal with KPLC's set? Are yall recording in the basement or what?!! I mean you have a trash bag over one of the lights. You have the plant in the back to try and hide the exit door, you've got the ceiling tile showing from the 8 foot ceiling! What the hell? has Obamanomics hit KPLC or what? Yes but his job duties are now regulated to special teams. He does ok with that.

Historically we have had terrible sportscasters at KPLC.... But I became a fan of Drew when he on air explained why he is a sports fan just before the Olympics started and began to tear up & get emotional. Mad props and welcome

I just wish Tommy hadn't have been such a frick up. Even if I did follow him off the field after that loss to Texas St. in 06 and proclaim what a shitty coach he was.

Drew's good people...been familiar with him for quite a long time from another board he and I frequent.
Great story about how he got into sportscasting given his education and professional background...maybe y'all can harass him into spilling it one day.
