It definitely always looks like they have more than they do.

I don't think these dudes give a shite what criticisms they get. I understand them not making Clarke get naked if she doesn't want to, but if they wanna do some hardcore shite they will

I still think it's funny that the people complaining about the rape scene were ok with incest (at times rapey incest at that), gay sex, incredibly violent murder of all ages (including fetus in the womb), but it's a rape scene that actually advances the story is what makes it over the top.

I think it's about women being victims that causes the uproars. I think it's the notion that women must be "protected".
So far in the show we've seen:
1. Horse head being chopped off.
2. Infant being stabbed to death
3. Random guy getting guts crawled out by rat
4. 2 innocent teenage boys killed And burned
5. Battle of winterfell where fields of dead fathers, sons, brothers, husbands
Yet when there something like rape happens, it causes an outrage. Gane of thrones is a dangerous world for all. But feminists never bring up women safe in the basement during blackwater while men die outside.
But if you're so offended about rape, then write your own fantasy novels. You probably can't. Either that or it'll be shitty novels.
Fantasy world like game of thrones is the last bastion of creativity we have left. We should not let PC groups and SJWs hinder such creativity.

It's a combination of the shows increased popularity plus an increase in PC bullshite. Almost all the SJW arguments about that scene were stupid. Some people like to get 'outraged' about everything.

SJWs need to realize there is no Safe Space in Westeros.

Yeah that's a theory that's been around for a while. Since Jon is a warg, he's alive in Ghost even if his body is dead. So if he's reanimated as a wight, maybe he could warg back into his own body.
I think Mel bringing him back to life is more probable though.

First time on tigerdroppings in quite some time. Hope everyone is good. Was curious how many pages this thread had reached, good lord.
Finished reading all of the WoW chapters that were released. Not sure how everybody else felt about it but I loved Alayne's chapter.
Also im in a few GoT facebook groups. The number of dumb foreign people, and dumb photos on there is astounding.

Good to be back on the crackpot thread!
All signs in both the show and the book are that he warged into Ghost and that Mel brings him back. In fact, the show took it a step further by having her meet Thoros and Beric.

who's alive vs who's dead- Book v Show
Posted on 4/19/16 at 6:09 pm to TigerintheNO
The Hound is definitely only presumed dead in both. I would argue that Stannis is only presumed dead as well, until we actually have evidence of his death.
Likewise, the status of Mance is still debatable. Since following the book plot would leave us being under the assumption he was dead for a while, before learning of the glamour.

He's dead. Let it go
Brienne had reasons to not go through with it. The writers had absolutely zero reasons to kill him and not show it. The rule of thumb is if you don't see them die, they probably didn't. I will close the case completely when we see a head.

I'd love to hear these reasons why she wouldn't kill him. She's wanted to kill him for 5 seasons now. It would be stupid if she stopped just cz
He's dead. And actually dead for good unlike Jon. It is known.

Wait, Hizdar is dead? Who killed him?
Posted on 4/19/16 at 6:19 pm to wildtigercat93
Also explain me to what the point is of keeping around a mortally wounded and crippled Stannis around when you're trying to escape a Bolton army that just crushed stannis's forces
Where is the point of him stayin. Alive? There is none.

The scene right before was her looking at the tower, her duty is to save Sansa. His last words are "do your duty". I found it obvious that she was conflicted.
