Crackpot Theory: The Iron Bank of Braavos hired Jaqen H'ghar to infiltrate the Citadel and research the best way to kill Dragons.
I'm thinking the opposite. They have a dragon egg from Euron Greyjoy, and they are looking for a way to hatch it.

She killed a few people in the battle that killed Yoren.

Possibly, but based on the envoy's visit with Jon at the Wall, the Iron Bank of Braavos is not in favor of dragons at all... He gets upset when Jon jokes, "A dragon sure could warm things up."
Dany's dragons could cost the bank a lot of debtors.
Then again, maybe they want a dragon of their own to combat Dany's.

But I think Jaqen is backed by the Iron Bank either way.

Braavosi abhor the dragons
They were originally just refugees of essos
it was the dragon riding valyrians that forced them into hiding for so long and it wasnt until the Doom that they came out of hiding again
cool pic:

the book describes Arya looking up as she passes underneath the Titan and seeing the murder holes. does that mean the Titan is actually a female?

Maybe it was just one solid murder pee hole.

The actor who plays Roose Bolton is a cross between Vladimir Putin and Daniel Craig in terms of looks. He looks really familiar but I IMDB'ed the actor and had never seen any of his movies .

Roosevelt would be even more badass in the series if they hadn't given so many of his great scenes to Tywin. Not complaining of course cause Dance hit it out of the park. But in the back of mind I still would have kinda like to see Roose have those scenes.

His talk with Theon about Ramsey in Dance is great.
"I could probably have some kids with Walda but Ramsey will just end up killing them, oh well."

I want to know what caused the others to show themselves.
Why now? Is it because a targ is no longer in power? I believe if we can figure out this, then we can figure out fealty.

Maybe they're just hungry for some humans?
Probably something mystical or magical in nature. If WoW ever comes out we'll find out more about them. I think the Wall is going to end up collapsing before the series ends. Westeros will be fricked and the Iron Throne war will seem inconsequential in comparison. Humans vs. Others. I see the Starks playing a key role if the shite were to hit the fan, especially Jon and Bran.

Cuz it's time for AA / TPtwP to return...
(And vice-versa)
Or as Ser Molasses-for-ink would say
"Keep reading"
ETA: or maybe minuscule gravitational forces from the approaching comet caused microscopic cracks in the thin ice sheet covering The Others as they slumbered..

So... how does that go? Dany not around; Barristan and Victorian meet.
Probably not a big thing when she returns riding the dragon though...

Of the previews, the Arienne is the one I would've traded for another. Even the Damphair chapter.

I think Braavos was an escape for the Valyrian slaves. They are definitely anti-dragon.
