Going tonight with the gf. Any particular dress code for the people who have been? Also any solid food recommendations.

You can wear jeans and a button down/polo no problem. Lawrence bread, Mama's salad, Arancine or anything with veal. It's all pretty damn good.

Anything with "Lawrence" in the name is money. Wear nice jeans or khakis with a button down and you should blend in well.

Can't go wrong with the lamb. Used to be an off the menu item, but it was so raved about that they have added it to the menu.
You CAN dress casually.. I just wouldn't. No point in going to a decently priced restaurant on a date in casual wear.

My favorite place in BR.
Calamari - not on the menu but its the best in town, and some of the best i've ever had
Apps - Tortellini Carbonara, Seafood Arancine (stuffed with shrimp and crabmeat)
Laurence Break
Gino's Salad
Entrees
Fish specials are always top notch
Veal Sorrentina
Lamb
Filet Laurence
Veal Marsala
Veal Piccata
Seafood Arancine over angel hair as an entree
Seafood Lasagna
Those are the winners imo.

I like their red sauce, but most of the things i get there don't have that. Thursdays lunch special is the shite though. Chicken Bolognese and pasta. I usually get seafood arancine, fish, or veal. never had a bad meal there
