Shread a head of cabbage and half a head of purple cabbage. Couple three good dolips of Hellman's mayo. 3 or 4 boiled eggs chopped up. 2 bunches of green onions chopped up. About a half a cup or so of banana pepper juice (vinegar). Put as much as you can without making it too runny. Salt and a shitload of cracked black pepper. Bleu cheese crumbles are a bonus.

?????

Profit

I'd replace that Hellman's with Duke's, but that sounds pretty good. I've used all of your other ingredients. but I don't think I've ever had boiled eggs in slaw. Gonna have to try that.

Old coonass from Crowley gave me that recipe at a deer camp last year. It's great and easy.

I always chuckle when I see the sign on I-10 that reads "EAST" Crowley...as if Crowley was a metropolis.

...it's also mandatory that I have Mr. Crowley by Ozzy blasting on the speakers as I pass through. ...it's symbolic of course.

I just made this with my batch of pork and it was a big hit:

fresh cabbage
fresh pineapple
fresh chopped garlic
fresh bananna pepper
1-2 chopped chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
Mayo

Sliced green cabbage and red cabbage, along with shredded/grated carrots/ bell pepper. Sauce is made from Mayo, sugar, pepper, and vinegar. The acid level of the vinegar is there to negate the sweetness of the sugar. It will take a few tries in this as I don't do recipes, I do flavors and eyeballich. Too many years of looking at the pot are somewhat problematic.
