The problem isn't the question, it's where you got the question from. The Mods at Geaux24/7 have already told their posters to stop taking info from their board that they pay for to post here. So stop being so pissy, we like having a good recruiting site, not the shite Scout and Rivals put out for us.

I hate losing state kids to OOS teams especially Bama. It really sucks that Bama comes in and takes kids that LSU wants, right out of our backyard. We still have about 8 months of recruiting left. Hopefully, Les and the boys will whip Bama's tail for the next few years even with the LA turn-cloaks on their side.

yeah its definitely a headscratcher (if true) as to why his dad wouldnt want him at lsu. overall les and co do a great job at keeping kids in-state though. we cant get them all though

If Beckwith's dad will not endorse LSU then whatntheheck he's waiting for...Why not just commit to Gumpistan and save everybody the trouble!

This is interesting because I was at the barber shop across the street and they were saying how Beckwith's Mom wants him at LSU.
The last credible sources have stated Beckwith is leaning LSU right now. So until further notice, I choose to believe Shea instead of some unknown source at a barber shop.

Iv never heard of a state other then LA where people turn on the flagship and completely HATE them. Not saying this is the case here but im so sick of hearing the hate from LA residents on LSU. From Collins to Ellis im sick of this "rebellion"

If he comes to LSU to play DE then I want him. If he is insistent on playing linebacker then I won't lose sleep over not getting him. I just don't think he can be a good linebacker in Chavis' system.

there isnt any rebellion against lsu. im sure the % of la kids that stay in-state is right there with the other programs and their respective states. i have also heard that he was an lsu lean but not by much. the guy stated it was from a family friend who wasnt an lsu fan. hopefully it holds no water. ill take williams, gillmore, and neal along with who we already and be very happy! KB is high on lsu's board though and he would be a great get

DE is the money position in the NFL. DE, QB, and LT are usually the top paid players. OLB in the 3-4 are not as rare as a pass rushing DE.

Don't know how much credibility this has, will wait to read more about it in the coming weeks.
But remember, LSU is still in the running for many rated above or comparable to Beckwith--if the Tigers can avoid any decommits from those currently on board, plus add players like Prevot, Desean Smith, maybe RSJ from Texas, etc. then losing Beckwith shouldn't hurt. And remember as the saying goes, "You can't get them all!"
