I might get with you about next Saturday, it's the first weekend I don't have to watch the kid while my wife works, and I'm not on call for work. The stars are almost aligned but my sis/bro in law are supposed to come in next weekend to visit. If so the brother in law might be interested in tagging along.

Did a lil roadside Hwy 1 again, fished mostly the golden meadow area managed to get a few early but bailed once hundreds of mfers showed up 
decided to hit the marsh the water was clean but low only found a handful of rats

It’s definitely been a pro and con thing
love the overall weight and that it turns on a dime and the speed but coming from a PA loosing the seat and room has been a adjustment

Saw PAC has a tourney this Saturday. Hope to fish somewhere, but not sure where. Heard Big Lake had some fish kill so I'll probably stay away for a while.

PAC has apparently been on fire recently. Went 3 weeks ago with 2 other guys and we caught around 15-20 trout each and they were almost all 14-17" with hardly any throwbacks or barely legal ones. From the pics I've seen on FB, seems like they're still whacking the trout there.

I haven't been down there recently, but heard second hand that Island Rd. was closed this past weekend. Unsure of duration of closure, but just wanted to throw that out there since I heard it was closed a few days ago.
