Weather was amazing but the fishing was poor in PAC yesterday. Managed 3 rat reds but nothing else to speak of. No one at the marina seemed to have done any better. Had our eyes on the boats in the channel to see if they ever found trout, never saw a boat reel one in

I fished that crappy tournament in December but didn't catch anything so I'm not counting that. Hoping to make a good, productive trip soon.
Hobie released a new line of inflatable kayaks yesterday including this beast, the Hobie Fiesta. Yours for a quaint $4899. I sort of hope Pack & Paddle adds one to their rental fleet so I can rent it for Ride the Bull, load it up with friends and booze and have a good time.

That tournament sucked, I hate those tournaments late in the season, weather usually sucks, or the fishing sucks, or hell, I just suck. Its cool though, 2021 LKFC tournament season gets wrapped up before LSU plays Alabama this year.

Was able to sneak away and hit some Hwy1 goodness yesterday, all fish from 1 spot.

Nice! I die a little inside each day that passes that I don't get to fish. Last fish I actually caught was in May 2020. Unacceptable.
