Somewhat Saints related, but I will turn away every time I see this douche on the television ever again. Literally bashes the city and questions why it hosts all these major sporting events. The audio clip is in the link.

He regularly admits that he goes out of his way to boost up big markets and bash small markets because promoting big markets is good for his career. He says he'll never be fair about because it's all about money.

He doesn't get it. The MAIN REASONS Nola is so attractive to these big events
1.the hotels (5 Major High rise Hotels), the arena, and the convention center are all in the same general area
2. Pleasant Weather in the Winter time when these events take place
3. Very Very tourist friendly city that people want to come visit

Liberal drinking laws
strip clubs
vegas style casino
great live music 7 nights a week
all in walking distance
Believe me, when you visit or live in other areas of the country it's literally a slice of heaven to be able to walk around outside with an alcoholic beverage in your hand and to walk to titty bars. no other city offers this man-friendly combination. throw in Harrah's and it's better than vegas.
