I got a six pack of shock top belgin white tonight from my dad and this stuff is pretty good. Slight citrus taste. I'm a major new b when it comes to premium beers so I'm interested I'n your opinions.

I gave up negativity for the rest of the day.

Intro beer. Hopefully, you will start migrating from there to some others.

I drank a few of them when I was younger. If you like it great. You'll want to venture out and try new beers.

Oh lord, thats a never ending answer
Shock top is a transition beer, to go from BMC garbage to crafts
Well, technically it's a BMC product meant to appear to be a craft beer and try to take advantage of the booming craft beer market, but I digress...
You've come to the right place, that's for sure
Let folks know where you live or buy beer and someone here can recommend beers you can find in similar styles

Shock top and blue moon taste the same to me. After you get done with the citrus beers you may want to transiton to ambers and get darker. Put IPA's last on your list on transitioning.

My wife loves it. As others have said, it is a gateway beer from basic lagers to craft beer. It is made by Michelob and Blue Moon is made by Coors. I get Shock Top for $9 a 12 pack at the Coast Guard exchange.
In spite of what the beer snobs say, I don't like IPA's - try for yourself. For summer beers I love UFO White and Harpoon Summer Ale. Try Duvel, Hoogarden, Chimay blue. I prefer NOLA to Abita or Tin Roof.
Drink what you like and shake the haters. Look for places that sell individuals and let you build your own 6-packs to experiment. Use the right glass - it matters! Also food and weather does impact taste for me.

I like it. Tried their raspberry one and it was way too fruity for me. Maybe start with ambers once you star venturing out, pale ales arent a bad idea either.

OMG, you probably drink mass produced horse piss swill. Hope your trailer doesn't blow off its wheels simultaneously crushing your pit bull and exploding your meth lab you sub human.

sorry if I gave you that impression. I think BMC products are garbage, but I couldn't care less what you or anyone else drinks.
actually, that's not true, I am very interested if you drink crafts, just because I like to read others opinions on different beers.
