I still have no idea where/why you pulled this from and matching it to what I initially typed.

will women bring gloves to the park and pay attention, or

Those are all over and lots of men, too. Take a look around about the 5th inning and watch how many people are on their cell phones for a duration of 10 straight minutes.

Free country and come to the game and watch movies on your I phone, blindfolded if you want. It's your ticket. I just do not understand the point of being at a game and doing nothing but yapping. Maybe some wives are afraid their husbands will cheat at the Box?

I am. I'm not going to be able to enjoy the rest of my day until you apologize and let me know that we're cool.

If there is one sport in which it is the easiest to have a conversation about the game or any other topic, it's baseball.

Now the old people around me in my section at The Box are the ones the piss me off. But there are much more things in the world that are worse than that.

Question:

Why would you bring your wife to the box?

Or sit by any women who turn their backs to the game the entire time to talk to other wives sitting behind them?

Would you rather sit next to the K Lady

It's amazing how connected we are yet when someone is 3 feet away you can't talk to them. If I'm talking it is usually about the game. If it is a blow out I stay to support but may talk. At the Pontiff Classic we started talking about HS baseball around the area. I really wish we could start a campaign against people who just text or play games the whole time. Make the ticket available for those of us who really want to be there. It's like the damn girls who go to football games because it is the cool thing to do.

It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the Box!

FYI - women do this everywhere 0 just not the box.

I agree it is very irritating. It's an emotional thing or nervous energy. Guys don't have it.

When SO goes with me to a game she actually watches the football, baseball, and women's softball games. She'll mention something else now and then during the games, however, most of any blabbing will be about the plays or players or some rule of the game. I drink and she drives. Not bad my friend!
