Your most cherished LSU sports moment...

Being almost 57 years old, I have many but I have to say it has to be my first LSU game. 1964 Sugar Bowl. The old Tulane Stadium. LSU vs. Syracuse. A cold, brisk, windy, bright sunshine day. Walked out the portal in the North End Zone and saw a sea of Orange on the East Side and sea of Purple and Gold on the West. That image will be embedded in my memory forever.

Hodson to Fuller - the Earthquake game 1988. I Was in Tiger Stadium for that one. Close second - the eleven times I have been in the stadium to see LSU beat Alabama.

LSU vs Georgia 2003 when Skyler Green made the TD catch. I walked into that game so drunk and was sober after half time because the game was that damn good.

Watching the Donnie Jones punt in the Dome with my brother.

Warren Morrris' homerun
'01 SEC Title Game...there was a time when I wondered if we'd ever play in a BCS game
'03 NC Game...never thought I'd see it in my lifetime.

'03 LSU v. UGA regular season game and '03 BCS CG. Lot of it has to do with me attending LSU at the time and just being in disbelief at what LSU did that year.

As many as I been at live, oddly enough, it was a basketball game. '77-'78 us v. UK. They were undefeated and ranked #1. We were just starting to get some swag. We beat them in 2OT, all starters fouled out, and the biggest play in OT was a massive one-handed dunk by Floyd "Tree" Bailey off of a missed shot. He came from the center of the lane and seemed like he was 5' over anyone else, and almost brought the goal down. The roof almost came off of the "Assembly Center." Electricity! UK won the NC. We didn't get a bid. (No SEC tourn. then.) GREAT LSU moment.

Auburn vs LSU in 2007.. Flynn to Byrd with no time left when a FG would have won it...

I'm going to go with this list of nominations:
2007 against Florida when Dan Borne' announced the score of the USC Stanford game and the band played Pregame.
2011 Victory against Oregon in Jerryworld with the band. Not really a close game but the some of the most fun I've ever had at a game.
2000 LSU wins the World Series on walkoff rbi. I watched this in a bowling alley in Wyoming. My dad had brought my family to Salt Lake City on vacation while he had a conference there. One of the days there we spent driving around to various sites in the mountains and deserts and to Dinosaur National monument. At one point, we just tried to find the nearest town with a TV so we could watch the game. I can't remember the town, but I remember it like it was yesterday.
2003 SEC Championship game against Georgia. I remember the huge sea of red, going to the Atlanta underground with my dad, the advocate breaking down the matchup, and the red-eye victory flight home. We were only in Atlanta for less than 24 hours since I had to get back to march in The Gonzalas Christmas Parade the next morning with the middle school band. Fond memories.

The 93 Bama game. Living in Mobile at the time, 'when pigs fly' game was 24/7. LSU ended the Tides 31 game unbeaten streak and of course the next day headline of "Pigs are flying" was perfect. 88 AU and 97 UF are close contenders.

Watching LSU's band play Va Tech's alma mater and the skydivers fly in with Virginia's state flag shortly after the campus massacre. I had chills everywhere.
We then proceeded to kick the crap out of them on national TV.
One of my all time favorite Tiger Stadium memories.
