I can just see Wilbon now screaming "TOWSON?!?!?! REALLY?!?!" In early December if there was a decision to be made as to who goes to the BCSGC.

Wilbon clearly holds the keys as to who goes to the NC.

No look at Alabama's OOC schedule from last year.

Undefeated and we go.

Lose a game and then maybe, too many variables to predict this far out.

When you're 13-0 and SEC Champs, it don't matter.

It potentially could hurt us but even beyond that it is inexcusable for LSU to be playing Towson. Until last year they hadn't made the playoffs in 26 years. I'm of the opinion if you are going to play a 1AA school they better be highly ranked or in-state, Towson is neither. You wanna play Appy or Montana.....fine, Montana is owed a few arse whoopings from Louisiana schools but Towson is ridiculous and coming off of last season and the expectations for this season to allow this game to still remain on the schedule is a big fail on the athletic departments part.

We have learned that quality wins are irrelevant.

Win the SEC and you get a automatic bid...so no. The only thing that can hurt us is LSU.

Wilbon is an ESPN Pro-hack, that knows virtually ZERO about college athletics.....just check his claim that arky would NEVER fire Petrino for his sexual affairs....He/they do not have a CLUE about what drives the college sports scene and shouls admit so and SHUT UP !

No, but it's the worst and probably most random opponent we've played since the 1937 season when we played Loyola and Northwestern State. Neither of those were random though.

First of all, no. Second of all, I think we deserve a little break of a schedule after the last couple years.

Kent State didn't hurt Bama last season. Just saying.

This is an embarrassment, Mike Waddell carrying the greatest guilt. That being said, it's a defacto 11 game season with a scrimmage throw in. In the big picture, meh. Playing former champions (AU/UA/UF) and recent top 10 teams (USC and Arky), covers a lot of sins.
