Leftover Crawfish - in Icechest overnight - NOT on Ice

Neighbor boiled them.... Has 10 lbs leftover.

I can't believe they didn't peel them when they were done eating. That's the first step of the clean up process. Must have been some amateurs out there. I peeled twice what I ate this weekend, over two boils.

He called me last night, i was n bed. Asked if i wanted them. Told him i would take them n the morning.

Assumed he would ice them.

I know folks that eat them leftover - no ice. Scares me. Wondered what the boards thoughts were.
