Would you rather Payton for 8 games or Parcells for 16?

Honest question:
Say that we have Parcells lined up and ready to take the helm for the 2012 season. Then it comes down that Goodell has reduced Payton's suspension to only 8 games - and only from the first game of preseason until the Monday after our 8th game. Would that suddenly become a disappointment?
Would you rather have the man, the legend Bill Parcells for 16 games?
Or would you rather have an internal patchwork staff and then Sean P. for the last 8 games in the scenario I laid out?

No brainer, SP for 8 games, as long as its the last 8 regular season games heading to the playoffs.

Payton easily. If we can just make it to that halfway mark without imploding for some reason and get lucky with the schedule, well be set down the stretch.

Not even close. SP for 8 games. I don't even want Bill Parcells, he's too conservative and will change our gameplan completely. I know pete carmichael will call the plays but I highly doubt Big Tuna will give him complete autonomy.

Payton for 8, without question. I doubt that dickhead Goddell will reduce his suspension though, so thanks for giving us something impossible to dream about

Payton for even just the last 4;
He's a better coach that knows his team more than Parcells does

Payton for 8 and it's not even close. Carmichael can run this shite the entire year if need be (which will most likely be the case)

If they can give us Vitt for 4 and Payton for 8 that's what I want.

I don't think Goodell is going to reduce the suspension

I agree. Assuming post season doesn't factor into the 8 games.

Payton for 8 and I could see this happening. Then we can all wear "Go to Hell Goodell" shirts in the Dome.
