Herschel vs. Sanders in college

I know both were great, but who was the better running back while in college?
They are the two finalists to join RG3 on the cover of NCAA football 13.
I ask because I am too young to have seen either of them play in college and am curious about the great players before "my time."
BTW if you want to vote for either one, you have to like their page on Facebook.

I saw both and Barry Sanders had what I consider the greatest season in college football history, but Walker, who played all 3 years had a better career. As a true frosh, Walker was simply amazing.

Pretty much the only correct answers, IMO.

2600 yards and 36 TDs in 12 games > Anything any other college football player has ever or will ever do.

I'll take Barry.... He made people look stupid better than anyone that has ever played the game.

Barry is the only one I've watched personally (80s and on) that was better than Bo and Herschel. Barry was unstoppable on a crap team for the most part.

Barry Sanders was phenomenal but he couldn't do this.
Tough choice between the two.
Herschel Walker runs over Bill Bates

The only correct answer is Herschel Walker. There's a reason he's considered maybe the best cfb player of all time and Sanders isn't.
Barry's 1988 season was almost unbelievable and noboddy will ever touch that. It was simply phenomenal.
However, what walker did over his career was equally impressive. If Herschel had stayed for 4 years I'm pretty sure his records would be still be unbroken. Barry was a guy that was known for juking people out of their shoes and burning. Herschel could not only outrun people (he was a track star as well) but he was a beast that could level people as well. He had such an incredible blend of speed and power for his size that was so rare in 1980, and would still be elite today. I mean the dude was as big as a linebacker and could still outrun the secondary.
If you're talking best season, then yeah Barry gets the nod hands down. But if you're talking who was better overall and who should win this, it's no doubt Herschel.

1980 vs. FLA Walker. 38 carries and over 160 yds as a freshman. And did this numoruos times in his three years. Its like the other teams KNEW what was coming and just could not stop it.
