A legal MS buck. A spike with two kickers...which is a 4 pt...which is a legal MS buck.
Actually it's just a 4 pt, but if a state has a ___ pt rule like MS, I'm pretty sure they don't care how you get to ___, as long as you can hang a ring on it.

Not that this has anything to do with this discussion, but i think the Thistlewaite restricion requires the point to come off the main beam. I don't have the picture in front of me.

I hunted one bigger than that for 2 years on Public Land in Louisiana.. Had him at 19 yards twice and 9 yards and wasn't able to take a shot with my bow. Last year, someone jumped him and brought about 25 buddies to hunt him. They just turned him nocturnal. I named him Nightmare junior because I've lost a lot of sleep over that deer. 
The buck I was hunting had no kickers.. was palmatted and his brow tines were 13 inches plus. Carried his mass through the ends of the horns.

I don't have pictures but there was an 8 killed in Jackson parish that went in the high 170s. My BIL says they have trail pictures of another that is bigger, no one killed this year but a couple shot at him running dogs. Believe it or not I don't care. I have seen 2 160" 8s come from this same area.
